This is my 2nd response to this complaintLet me begin by saying that I was truthful in my initial response, so there is very little I can add; however, I will respond to the complaintant's photo, which I have not seenA photo of the complaintant wearing a black dress simply does not prove that same dress was brought into our dry cleaning business to be cleanedIt simply means that she owned a black dressWhat IS factual is that we still have a black dress that has yet to be claimedFurther, we have NOT received any other complaints about not being returned the same dress a customer had brought in to be cleaned, which suggests a low likelihood of an error or an accidental swapThe complaintant is free to pick up the black dress
