Review: My roof was completely redone by Contracting Solutions Inc in August of 2013. I have continued to have issues with my roof leaking in multiple places. I have reached out to the owner of the company and he has repaired one problem area on my outdoor patio. Unfortunately there is still a leak there and recently I discovered a new leak in the roof of my garage. I am now worried there are other leaks throughout the roof, but have not had the time to check. The owner has said he will have someone come out and look at the patio for the past approximately two months now. He completely blew off the garage leak and referred back to the patio leak. Customer service issue also include a mechanics lean that was placed on my property for this contractor failing to pay the bill for the shingles until I had to email him three months later to take care of the problem. Lack of good service is consistent throughout my dealing with this company.Desired Settlement: Repair of my roof by a separate contractor paid for by Contracting Solutions Inc or a full refund and the forfeiture of this contracting company's license in lieu of terrible service and inept contracting duties.
