receiving written request to cancel the membership the company immediately cancelled the membership and issued a full refund which has been received and confirmed via email by the customer. Please see attached merchant receipt for the refund which occurred on Saturday, March 13, 2015 the same day the written request for cancellation and refund was made by the customer.
