The invoice under dispute has been resolved.However. I disagree with the following statements made by Continuum.Continuum:We took the time to review your status with Continuum/R1Soft and learned that you terminated our relationship prior to filing this complaint. My Response:This is not true. The invoice showing the credit was received after we filed the Revdex.com Complaint. Continuum:From what your account says, is that your company consistently removed licenses prior to the 28th of each month in order to minimize your invoiced amount, and then reinstated them after the invoice was determined. Those actions are inconsistent with the contractual agreement in place between R1Soft/Continuum and your company. However, in good faith, we consistently applied credits to your account. My Response:We were told mid contract that we were in a different pricing tier. You attempted to start charging us more. It took multiple phone calls to get your people to see that we were Tier 1 not Tier 2.The contract states we can add and remove licenses. We originally asked when we remove a license from our pool when does it drop off the invoice. As you can see in our original complaint, the only date we were ever given was the 28th. Later we were told something different. We asked for credits because there were instances where we were billed for licenses greater than what was in our pool. The licenses were never removed automatically. We had to call and ask every time. Your attempt to portray us as trying to get free licenses is disgusting.Continuum:...this complaint has no merit and can be considered a retaliatory action on your part. My Response:This is not true. I tried multiple times to resolve the issue only to be ignored and hung up on.

Thank you for your message. We took the time to review your status with Continuum/R1Soft and learned that you terminated our relationship prior to filing this complaint. In addition, in reviewing your account status, it appears that all credits have been given your company in a...
timely fashion. The complaint you've filed was in response to a perceived change in the contract status with R1Soft as a reseller of their licenses. From what your account says, is that your company consistently removed licenses prior to the 28th of each month in order to minimize your invoiced amount, and then reinstated them after the invoice was determined. Those actions are inconsistent with the contractual agreement in place between R1Soft/Continuum and your company. However, in good faith, we consistently applied credits to your account. Because you are no longer a Partner with R1Soft or Continuum, and there are zero dollars under dispute, we believe this complaint has no merit and can be considered a retaliatory action on your part. Continuum Managed Services does not have any other complaints with the Revdex.com and - as a 100% channel only company - works very hard to make our Partners successful. Wishing you every possible success.
