Continental Vending

I received a complaint letter for *** *** at *** *** *** *** about wanting a refund for $on a vending machine. *** *** *** *** has a refund account (which includes Continental Bonus Bucks which are continental dollars for refunds for when
customers loose money.) set up at their officeWhen a customer has a issue of loosing money they are to go to their office and put in a request for a refund and the office issues the customer the refund and at the end of the month the office turns in the refund slips to us and we replenish the refund bank backThe office can determine at their own discrepency if they are refunding the money or not due to some of the same tenants abuse the program and come to the office and say that they lost money in the machine and never put the money in the machine to start withWe explained to the customer when she called that in order to get a refund she needed to go to *** *** *** office that all refunds go through them and they handle the refunds, and that we would send out a technician to service the machine, which our service technician found nothing wrong with the machine when he serviced it.Thank you

I still do not have $2 and it has been two months. [redacted] stated they do not have a refund account. I want my money!
