This is the worst travel agency ever!!!! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! This is what happened. My boyfriend was flying to an interview with United. The flight was overbooked and not all the passengers were allowed on board, including my boyfriend. This meant that he was going to be late to his interview. THIS STUPID travel agency told my boyfriends prospective employer that he volunteered to take a later flight so the prospective employer canceled the interview. My boyfriend had to get official documents from the airline stating that he did not volunteer for a different flight. Then after all this, the travel agent screwed up on booking the return flight. WOW!!!! WORST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER!!!!!!!
