be compliant with the Community GuidelinesHis "roommate" has not been approved to live in the park, there has not been and application to turned in for her residencyper paragraph "The Rental application and Rental Contract must be completed and accepted by the Management prior to moof the Resident’s mobile homeIn order for the Rental Contract to be approved by Management, the Resident must complete a Vehicle Registration Form in full." and the violation issued was for his lot needing trimed, he was one of many violations issued that dayThis is per paragraph 19.Trimming and maintenance of grass, trees and shrubs is the responsibility of the ResidentThe Resident will maintain the grass, trees and shrubbery on all of the lotNo gardens may be planted within the ParkIf the Resident fails to maintain his space, the Management at its discretion, will perform this duty for a fee of $per hour with a minimum charge of $per occasion, which shall be payable with the following months rentDamage to lawns, streets, parking pads or utilities while moving homes in and out of the Park will be charged to the Resident

I am rejecting this response because: The lawn was not excessively long. Her mention of a roommate is unfounded as [redacted] ,(manager) was given her name prior to her moving in.
