The database list I recently purchased from jack of continental database. was a great investment! The information was comprehensive, easy to access and up-to-date as they promised. I'm impressed with the quality of their list and am excited to start utilizing it in my work.

My company purchased a list of contacts from Continental Database weeks agoThe email contacts that I purchased don't even come near the quality that is guaranteed in the agreement we signedI've been emailing my sales rep and support now for weeks and have heard nothing back from themI tried calling Continental Database main phone line numerous times over the past two weeks, leaving repeated messagesI even posted a message on their company [redacted] page asking for help, to which there was a reply a week ago saying they would get right to me, which never happenedBounce rates for our contacts are at and above 25%, (they guarantee under 15%.) Many, many contacts are not managers or decision makers in any way, which is what I was sold, and many others do not even work with the technology they were supposed to haveThere are literally 100's of contacts for one single company, and NONE of the contacts are decision makers, or involved in the technology that we were told they would beProviding Continental Database with a list of bounced email address, as we did for the first couple of weeks costs me hours of work each week This is not the process we signed up for, or was promised when we purchased the leads listContinental Database has grossly under delivered, and the way they have completely ignored our attempts to get what we need, or to reach them leaves much to be desiredThe business we've had with Continental Database has been a waste of money, time and trust!

Hi, Recently we purchased a database list from [redacted] of continental database and we got best and best leads and good result from that list and we decided to make a good business relationship with continental database in future also.

We were contacted by Charles[redacted] of Continental Database to purchase a list of leads for our industry. His company, required a "wire transfer" that made it very difficult for our company to provide since many of our selected vendors accept terms of 30 days.
After reviewing further, this company operates out of a shopping mall and the Revdex.com rating of a D+ were two factors that added to the difficulty of purchasing a list.
When we did not purchase, and we clearly stated in a phone call from Mr. Charles[redacted], we received the following comment from Charles in an Email.

My name is A[redacted].F, few days back I purchased a list from continental database and we got only 2% of bounce back and other all emails have delivered successfully and we got better result also. I really appreciate the service.

I bought a list from these guys and they have delivered what I was looking for. The list was pretty good although the bounce rate was 10% more than what they promised, but they replaced all bad records with fresh contacts
