This complaint has Issues: first issue is Customer Service And Second is a Product Issue Two pairs of my pants were shrunk when cleaned at his business, one pair was not returned to me, and still has not yet been returnedPlease allow me tell you about my experience when I went to inquire what the procedure is for shrunken and lost garments: I went to Continental Cleaners, where I was "helped" by the most obnoxious and rude employee I've ever encountered The employees name is Joann II polietly asked Joann what the procedure was, her response was, that it is my fault for not asking the employees each time to read the clothing labels before deciding how to clean, when I told her no one in my 2+ years of being a customer has ever told me this "rule", Joann at that time called me a liar in front of another customer, and then proceeded to tell me, that she had "more important things to do than help a [redacted] like you" Joann never addressed my missing pants, after I was call
