Complaint7/29/2015 took dry cleaning to location was prepaid. Have been unable to pickup cleaning due to closure of location. Just want to pickup cleaningOn 7/29/2015 took dry cleaning to location. Prepaid for the cleaning. To this date have been unable to pickup that dry cleaning. Each time that I have been to location the location has been closed for business with a sign on the door only doing pickups not allowing drop offs. Have been to location several different days at different times to finding door locked and no one at the location. I have 2 receipts that the business gave me for me to pickup the clothes.Desired SettlementJust want the clothes that I left with the location. Tried to call the location on 8/12/2015 to get the message that the call could not be completed.

Looks like the business has closed. I want my clothes items that were previously paid for. How can your customers pick up their items? I would like this owner, Lloyd Patterson contacted and his company required to provide a way for the customer to pick up their clothing items that were left at the cleaners.
