We had purchased a certified front bumper cover from them on 6/5/We then painted it and put it on our customers car and it did not fitI made my first phone call to the parts manager (Bob) on 6/10/that there were too many gaps and the bumper cover did not fitI was assured that they would pick up and refund usSince then, I have called the company on several occasions asking them to come pick up their bumper cover and refund our moneyI spoke to Erica on 7/17, Jimmy on 7/20, and Jose on 7/and requested a pick upToday their driver came to deliver another part to us and I told him to take the bumperHe tried to say he had no room on the truck and I told him he was taking the bumper and no more excusesBegrudgingly he took the bumper with no credit towards a refund for the bumper
