Contemporary Staging

Review: We interviewed the "Business Relations" person Sam for staging the condo we are selling with both owners, my spouse, and my two realtors present. He agreed he could stage the condo with contemporary furniture that his web site showed 4-5 examples of staged houses that all had very modern clean furnishing. When they staged the condo it was with mostly very old dated furnishing much of it dirty and some pieces broken or not functioning. There were 2-4 fake plants in every room overpowering the space and the one mirror was place so low it was very strange looking. They also used a huge nail and some sort and adhesive to attach the mirror and left two big areas of that, a large hole, and many scratches and dirty smudges all over the newly painted wall. The person Rafie that handled the complaint and request to remove and or change the furnishing to what was promised, to the five of us present, was very hostile and would not agree to do anything to resolve it quickly or with the promised furnishing. This forced us to have them remove it since it lowered to value and look of the condo. In addition to the fee we have had to pay an HOA required elevator fee of $250 each time the staging materials were moved in or out. We missed the monthly tour in the building, and had to delay going to listing the condo. They now will not respond to emails offering a settlement/refund.Desired Settlement: We are requesting the refund the $1995 we paid for the staging and we will absorb all the other costs(repair and painting of the wall, elevator fees etc)and losses caused by this company.
