We delivered everything that was described in our original contract with the customer There were some communication errors on both ends initially, but we took action to resolve them as quickly as possible Despite the customer's bad attitude, disrespectful demeanor towards our employees, and demands that were not agreed upon in the contract, we still made every effort to appease him We even put him in touch with some of our vendors directly who express the same opinion of this person as we do, and now refuse do business with him or for him We will not be refunding his money as we made zero profit in our effort to bend over backwards to make him happy, which apparently did not help

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The reason I'm asking for a partial refund of $is because that's what I had to spend with other parties to finish what Consuul didn't complete on their contractIn the contract that both parties signed, production samples, patterns, and grading were all included on the contractI never received patterns or grading from Consuul, and while they did provide some production samples, they weren't close to what we had originally asked for
The other reason for the request is that Consuul was repeatedly dishonest with Leisure in respect to delivery times and productsThey had originally quoted a week delivery date on everything, and it's almost a year since the contract was signed and I still don't have everything in the contract
I have the contract, and receipts with signatures for everything I had to complete outside of Consuul to finish what I originally contracted Consuul to do
Regards,

Review: I hired Consuul LLC to develop my clothing line startup's clothes. We signed a contract stating that Consuul would provide the following products & services in exchange for $4490 USD:
Fabric sourcing and selection
Sizing and Grading
Mill Sourcing
Sample Construction
Trim and Label Sourcing
Production Costing
Sample Alterations
Cost negotiation with the mills
Sales Samples
Production Scheduling
The only thing I've received since we paid (June 3, 2013) are a couple of fabric swatches for approval, some of which I didn't approve. I have no indication Consuul LLC has the ability to finish this project, and I've notified them in writing that our contract will terminate in 30 days (September 25th). I've spoken to other clothing manufacturers who quoted me times of 3 weeks to complete what I'm asking. Consuul has taken 12 full weeks, this week being the 13th.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the amount we paid Consuul LLC for development, $4490 in full.
