Yeah, I'm good at this point. I've already called and gotten a refund

Dear [redacted]:We are in receipt of your letter dated April 6, 2015 and the Complaint you received from Mr. [redacted] regarding a monthly subsciption to ConsumerReports.org that auto-renewed and he was billed an additional $6.95. I regret the very long delay in responding....

 This letter just reached my desk yesterday at Consumer Reports' home office in New York.After investigating this matter, I have learned that Mr. [redacted] wrote in to cancel his monthly subscription on March 24, 2015.  he requested a refund in his email, but we did not agree to it.  This was because when the consumer subscribes and during the order process, the fact that it is an auto-renewing subscription is clearly disclosed on our web site -- whether it be for a monthly subscription or an annual subscription.  The following day, March 25, Mr. [redacted] sent another email expressing his displeasure that he did not receive the refund.  [redacted], Records Management and Legal ServicesConsumer Reports[redacted]Voice: ###-###-####Fax:    ###-###-####
