This company called me on my cell phone asking if I want to get rid of my debt that I should press # I spoke to a representative and asked what company he was calling from and then to have my name removed from the list He said he wanted me to have his name as well which he said was Matt Thompson He kept talking about all the companies that they represent and why did I want my name removed I asked to speak to a supervisor He said he was the supervisor I asked to speak to his supervisor He said he didnt have one Then he said I have to do one thing to get my name off the list I had to give him my name I said my name and then he said "are you sure?" I told him I was reporting him to the Revdex.com and I hung up

I receive calls at least once per week from consumer services It's always an automated call from a different number and it says they are calling about my credit card account I have no credit cards with consumer services, am on the do not call registry, and the number they are dialing is both my cell phone (they do not have my consent to dial) and my place of employment

I consigned several items for Alliance Auction Service to auction for me at the January auction, conducted by Steve *** I was given company check signed by Mr*** for $dated January 22, This check then bounced for insufficient funds I called Mr*** on February at personal phone XXX-XXX-XXXX and his office phone XXX-XXX-XXXX, leaving voicemails on both phones Mr*** called me back the day, February 2, apologizing that somehow *** had made a withdrawal from his bank account, but he doesn't subscribe to *** He said he would meet me at the auction site the next day, February around 5:pm, with certified funds including $for the NSF fee On February 3, he called me at 5:pm that he was having his car repaired at an auto shop in Virginia Beach, VA and the repair would take at least two more hours and asked if we could reschedule for the next day I agreed to meet him on February at about 5:pm I arrived at the auct
