I am rejecting this response because: Consumer Service Plan had contacted me that my plan had expired on my car. They told me that a lower rate would apply due to the mileage of the car. I tried to cancel a few days later and they talked me in to
keeping it. I did have to take my car for service due to it running rough and found out that a spark plug needed to be replaced and the check engine light was on. Consumer Services said that it was not covered due to a service maintenance issue. After I paid for the spark plug replacement, more issues arose. I was told that it was a cylinder head which needed replacing and the charge was over $8000. Consumer Service Plan asked for the oil change records. Then, they told me that my contract/warranty was being cancelled since my car title indicated that my car had been salvaged. I was never told what was covered and not covered. Since this is a costly repair, the company is trying to void my warranty for reasons they should have been aware of since they approached me for coverage
