In regard to my complaint ID [redacted]:I called the Vapormate company today and requested a refund of both $99.95 and $80.90.  After insisting that the advertisement I had responded to when placing my order did not clearly state that any...

further charges beyond $3.95 shipping would be billed, they agreed to refund both amounts.  This was with the agreement that I will send back to them all unused product, with their “return materials authorization” # 271866846661676; and the agreement that I will be billed no further by them, and that they will not send me anymore of their products.
