Review: Review: The company, Consumer Marketing Solutions, ordered the magazine, Bridal Guide, to be sent to my home without my authorization, according to the Customer Service Representative, [redacted], from Bridal Guide. I do have email confirmation that he cancelled my subscription, however there is clearly unethical business practices in play here.
I don't know if I am going to be charged for the magazine later on, but I never authorized it in the first place.Desired Settlement: I would like Consumer Marketing Solutions to write me a letter or email explaining where they got my information from. I would also like them to refund any current charges, or any future charges for the subscription of the Magazine, Bridal Guide, which I did not and would not authorize to be ordered. They must STOP any future transactions regarding anything to do using my information ASAP.
They must also delete my contact information from their records and for them not to use or sell my information to other third party companies.

Sincerely,
Review: I have received an issue of Redbook that I did not authorize. When I contacted Redbook they informed me that they received my information from Consumer Marketing Solutions(CMS). I then called CMS them to see how/why they received my information and the woman that answered the phone rather unprofessionally said it was because they received my information from [redacted] and it was only through that website that they received my information. After contacting [redacted] and verifying that I have NEVER ordered from their website nor that they even have my name, address, email, etc. in their system I have been trying to contact CMS and have not received a response. After speaking with the customer service representative at [redacted] it appears this is not the first time their company name has been used as a scapegoat. It appears that Consumer Marketing Solutions is run by one person who must be using New York, NY as a ghost address as there are several addresses listed for this same organization. Also, when you call either of the numbers they all have the same voicemail that all sound identical to the woman that I spoke with on the phone. It seems to be a sham company. I am also filing a complaint with Redbook management for using CMS to attract customers, at the very least they should make sure the companies that contract with are reputable and Consumer Marketing Solutions is not.Desired Settlement: I would like a detailed letter showing the correspondence between Consumer Marketing Solutions and bluefly.com indicating that I wanted to receive this subscription.
