Review: On March 11 Consumer Electronic Services technician came out to look at my television. He took the back off ,did some testing and declared that it need a new power supply. He did not have one in stock for my brand of tv so he would have to order one. He said it should arrive the next week. After waiting a week, I called and he said that the part did not come in yet. I was told this for several weeks in row. Now I only get the answering system when I call. I gave him 100 dollars and was suppose to pay him another 125 dollars when the part arrived. Which has not happened. feel that they scammed me and had no intention of fixing my television.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded so I can find another company to fix my television. If I call someone else I should not have to take a 100 dollar loss when I hire another company. Like I said . I feel like I was scammed. They do charge an 85 dollar fee for in home service calls but I was told that that would be waived if I allow them to fix the television. Which I agreed to
