We are willing this one time work with this client and get her approved againWe can't give her a refund

I no longer want their services, I just want my refund back.

Had the business told me this month 1 or 2 there would be no reason for me to distrust them but we are going on month 4 and they're  just now saying they're going to resubmit my file to be approved. What ever happened to it only taking 45 days and following up with your client to ensure they received the guaranteed services. I don't trust the company and would never in my wildest dreams refer them to anyone else
