We have spoke with Mr*** in reference to his complaint. We secured financing for him with a bank and gave him that information. I told him we are waiting on his registration from the DMV. He has made his car payment to us on time I told him to contact us at anytime

Dear MsBejarano, Mr*** drove off our lot on March 20th with a BMW. He was never told he was pre approved. After numerous attempts to reach him for a co signer, I finally got in touch with his Mother. She said she would try to speak to her son and get this
resolved. Mr*** then informed us that he would get his Grandmother to cosign. Another month went by and still no reply from customer. His Mother told us that she knew he was not living up to his responsibilities and she would talk to him. In the meantime he would never answer his phone or return a call. He never made a payment to us for the car. We felt we had no other choice than to repossess our car and try to recoup our losses. The only time he finally did decide to call us was when our car was returned.
