mailed today and is Check #1827. Hi [redacted]-I have gone through all of the billing for 2015 and 2016 and it looks like you overpaid $45.00 for 2015 services. I took over as Billing Supervisor in late April. Prior to me, copays were billed according to the insurance card, and that billing was generated before we received the payment and EOB from [redacted]. Now, we wait to see if the EOB charges a copay before we bill anything to families. I apologize that it has taken this long to receive a response and for your frustration. I will get a check in the mail to you today for $45.00.
