No issues with nurses, helpers, but management is terrible, show no respect/compassion for the family My mother died at their Consulate Health West Palm Beach ,Fl facility December 8, but as of today 2/5/they have not returned thousands of dollars that I over paid to them I have called them on the phone weekly, for two months, each time some lie about why they did not send the check and when I called today, no one would even talk to me at their business office West Palm In addition to the grief of the passing of my mother, and expenses, they are putting me through this now Management has a very low moral standing, and shameful behavior that no family should have to endure I would not recommend this place to anyone
