Totally mismanaged the roof deck project for usBesides running months behind on what was to be a two month project there were multiple leaks that required extensive tearing up and re-plastering and damage (which was ultimately fixed) The worst inexcusable part was there were multiple thefts from our home during the construction period The police determined it was an inside job and the project manager (which should have been Jerry according to the contract but instead was an employee) turned out to have a rap sheet with arrests and jail time for burglary Jerry claims to not have known about all the convictions "just one" but there was a lot of shady behavior including his own windshield being smashed and tires slashed, Stay away from this contractor and any business he is with if you need peace of mind
