Paid $15000 as advance for house extension but Town refused permit. Contractor signed agreement to pay $9000 back but gave only $3000. Its over 1 year4/19/13 Contracted for home extension4/19/13 Paid $15000 as advance8/20/13 Town rejected permit10/20/13 Through attorney asked contractor to payback the advance after expenses. Signed an agreementto receive money in $1000 increments from 11/2013.05/05/14 So far only received only $3000.Called him few times, sent messages but contractordoesn't want to pay back as per agreement.I initiated a litigation against contractor in 02/14 but withdrew it in 03/14 as I dont have enough money to proceed with litigation.Desired SettlementAs per the agreement, the contractor was supposed to give back $9000 but so far in 10 months time, I got only $3000. He has to give me back $6000.
