"BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR.....they have a policy of no returns for ANY reason....doesn't matter that the product is unopened and all you want to do is a simple return so you can buy from them again.....NO NO NO....they hide behind their no return policy Okay, my blame in this....1) didn't read their no return policy in advance; what vendor these days refuses to return an unopened product? I learned of one..this one..2) I ordered the wrong item Their blame....taking a NEGATIVE customer approach to hang onto a few misplaced sales....OK....that is their choice.....my choice is not purchase from them ever again So if you want a vendor that will fulfill your product but then ignore your emails (which they did repeatedly) and refuse to work with you on a simple return (which they did) then buy from them; why you would do so in is beyond my comprehension but hey, it's your purchase.....if you want a vendor that understands sometimes customers make mistakes and are willing to help or work with you to fix it thereby building a strong healthy customer relationship and want to simply do business the right way, then STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR
