If at all possible do not ever do business with this company My apartment building uses them and they are horrible I am stuck with them, just like many other people They have the worst customer service even when I am extra friendly to them They never take responsibility for anything they do Even when their internet service is down they will insist that it's not their an issue on their side This is not how a business is run

This Internet provider offers an inconsistent connection that takes two weeks to fix on averageWhen requesting a tech, it can sometimes take weeks to schedule and it might cost you $for a "truck roll" fee due to their poor internetThis company has horrible customer service and does little to reciprocate their customers for inconveniences
