‘The complaint with this member has been resolved This member placed a “Fraud Victim” alert on her credit report since she had previously been a target of identity theft Due to this alert, we approached the inquiries with an abundance of caution In addition to the alert, we noticed additional red flags that gave us reason to believe her inquiry for an ATM card could be fraudulent The account had not been active for several years and we showed a history of multiple address changes, email address changes, phone number changes, etc We made several requests for the member to contact us so that we could verify identity, but she did not respond to our requests The request for an ATM card was denied pending successful contact with the member We have since made contact with the member, verified her activity and identity, and honored her request for an ATM card All of our actions were made in an effort to protect her and her account from potential fraud.’ Please let me know if there is anything further needed from CCCU to resolve this matter Service to our members is a high priority with CCCU and we would hope that the report at the Revdex.com would reflect that Sincerely, George S [redacted] CCCU |Credit Administrator [redacted] @consolidatedccu.com | NMLS ID: [redacted] | x | fax:
