On 9/15/2016, I stopped into this "MetroPCS Authorized Dealer" to buy two simple [redacted] I asked if they had "genuine" [redacted] cordsThey confirmed and sold me two charging cordsUpon returning to my office, one cord broke immediatelyThe other would not be recognized by either my laptop or wall outlet charger (USB)So, I was unable to used either of the "supposedly" authentic [redacted] ***It became obvious I was sold counterfeit charging cordsI returned to the store on 10/17/to ask for a refundI explained the situation to the staffThe Rep said that they didn't offer any refundsI then asked for the managerI was told there was no manager, only a "Boss"After explaining to the Reps that protecting their manager made little sense, I asked for the Owner or Franchisee's contact informationI was told that they don't give out the owner's contact information because "They don't want to be bothered by customers."
