I just wanted to submit a review on the technicians that came to my home 09/23. I was a little hesitant because my experience has been with one of the other technicians and he has been ill.

I want to say I was pleasantly surprised with the techs ( [redacted]) who did the scope of work at my home.

They were professional , courteous and personable . They informed me every step along the way with what they were doing and explained everything.

They also gave me options and choices that fit for my family.

I had a great experience with GibsonHeating&Plumbing. I called because of a plugged drain and they were able to send out a service tech.( [redacted] ) the next day and unplug the drain. He was very neat, courteous and new what he was doing and explained and showed me the problem. I woild definately call them again. The receptionist was very helpful and plesant.
