I've been dealing with this company for years*** None of their phone numbers are legit, there is but two people to speak to, but they are not capable of anything but *** avoiding issuesThey do not know how or who to contact as far as their supervisors goThey seem to be constantly "busy moving offices" and they all share an email address which is assigned to someone completely differentMost of the time their messages are in french only..They have sent me documents that my account has been successfully closed, however, Every Single Month I am charged the fees, different days each month, sometimes twiceI went as far as to track down the owner via ***, but of course have not had a reply from him either
