This company has been a nightmare to deal with and has cost me so much time and moneyI really don't want to hear from them again
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

[redacted],
I’m doing a long conference call meeting by phone right now, but got your message.
I have written to the Contractors Board that I am dropping my request for money from you. I will do the same for the Revdex.com as soon as I get a chance.
Unfortunately, saying you did the best you could does not compensate for all of the time and money I lost from work, for paying to have the work done, inconvenience in having the yards wide open, etc. My neighbors are furious and refuse to pay me their half.
This was a nightmare. I didn’t understand your message; are you asking me for $100? If you are offering me $100, keep it.
I really don’t want to see or hear from you as this situation caused me so much trouble. Thank you.

Review: Fence demolition and rebuild for a 62 ft. fence was supposed to take two days - October 24 and 25. On the third day, there was a no-show despite being told he'd be there in the afternoon and then the discovery that the posts were cemented 6 inches over the adjoining property line. The three cross beams (the only ones built) are uneven. Fourth day, contractor said he'd be here (said on phone the night before) at 8 a.m.- again no-show. I called to end the project with him and requested $500 of the $750 deposit returned to me. He then emailed me, "Sorry the job went the way it did." And proceeded to list charges. I was charged for fence removal and hauling even though I have a good deal of it still left in my yard. I was charged for digging holes and setting posts in concrete, even though they will have to be redone at additional cost. I was charged for ma[redacted]al without receipts. I now have my yard wide open next to my neighbor (common fence), requiring a new contractor who will not only have to build the fence, but correct the mistakes. (I have pictures, witnesses and documentation.)Desired Settlement: I am being charged for ma[redacted]al without receipts, fence hauled away even though a lot of it is still in my yard, and work done that has to be corrected. I'd like a portion of my down payment for the project refunded. Total charge was going to be $1475 and I paid $750.
