This was a honest mistake not only by us, but by the homeowner and the [redacted]. We called the homeowner about receiving final payment and she gave her card info and of course we assumed that was for. final payment. After we ran her card we received a check from the [redacted] to pay for...

this same amount. We called the [redacted] about this and they said they were sorry for the confusion and told us to credit the homeowner back the money and we did. This money has been transferred back into her bank account as promised. No one gave us instructions on how this was being paid, so we assumed the owner was paying and when we called her she gave us her credit card  info and we ran as we always do. Thank YouDustin C[redacted]

When [redacted] orginally called us he had us come out and look at a leak around his chimney.  We installed new metal flashing all around his chimney and we charged him for this repair.  After this he has called us several times and we came out to his house several times to stop the leak, let me...

remind you this was a leak reapir and not a new roof.  We give no warrantys on roof repairs, do to the fact the roof could be leaking almost anywhere on the roof.  So without putting a new roof on it is impossible to give out a warranty for a repair  I feel like we have went over and above to try and resolve Mr. [redacted] issue.  The last time we came out we told him he needs to get a masionary to come out and inspect the chimney.   If he has a masionary come out and put something in writing, we will be happy to come out and try our best to find the leak and make the repair as needed. If we are not able to fix the problem this last time we will give him the money back in full.
