Not returning calls as promised to work out a repayment. Failed to appear in small claims court. Failed to pay back $500 deposit at $35 per week as ordered by court. We hired Connecticut Websites (Gary C[redacted]) to remake our website back on March 25th. He promised us a 5 week turnaround time. He also promised us weekly progress reports. To date, we have received no update on our website. We have seen no evidence that any work was done. He hasn't responded to a single call or email in 3 weeks. Gary has failed to deliver any of the work he promised us. He has been unresponsive and elusive since the beginning. My company is filing a dispute with [redacted] to get our money back. We will never do business with Connecticut Websites again.

Review: I paid Gary C[redacted] ownebof Connecticut websites $4500 on May 21,2015 for development of a website. He promised to have a demo made for me in a few days after payment bad failed to produce. He made no attempt to contact me unless I contacted him. Today is September 1st and all he showed me was a very cheap mock up which is not what he ormised. He failed to deliver everything promised. I have losses business due to his negligence and need my money back so I can move on. He failed to reply back to me after I told him to stop what hewas doing which was nothing and give me my obey back.Lots of time have been wasted and I want to move on from here. All I need is my refund.Desired Settlement: I want to resolve this headache which has become a nightmare ASAP. Thank you.
