Connecticut State Check Cashing Service

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I should not be held liable for this situationTo my knowldege, I was written the check in good faith and brought it to a bussiness that I have been a customer of for over yearsThis merchant is correct, I did relay in our conversation that I had to involve the police because [redacted] refused to rewrite the check but the merchant also stated and acknoledged that I have been a good customer and for that reason he would go after [redacted] to recover the fundsThe merchant also gave me the option to return to his establishment and cash the payroll check I had the same day we spoke about this situationI am not saying that the merchant should not be compensated for this lose but, I REFUSE to be held responciable for thisThe writter of the check should be held respocible because again this was written to me w/ mallice intentI don't have a bank account this was my only means to cash my checks so had I known there was a stop payment I would have never brought the check in to be cashed Sincerely, [redacted]
