Andrew diligently did the inspection, made his improvement recommendations, came back for a re-evaluation, issued a lead safe certification and thennn I was in good graces again with my homeowners insurance! This month Jan again I get the dreaded homeowners insurance termination notice "terminating due to not receiving lead safe certification.." (mind you they never asked for it) I quickly called Andy and he promptly sent the certification to me! Overall he is a trusted professional, very detailed and a true expert in the home inspection business! Not to mention, he's personable, so easy to talk to, and just knows how to handle his business!
