It is not in my nature to be rude or disrespectful. Answering a phone and having a conversation with a potential customer in such a way does not serve a business well.

Mrs. (redacted), I think you also misinterpreted me not talking in depth about how I would go about trying to solve your problem as not giving you straightforward answers. In certain cases I answer some questions generally, so as to not disclose business confidential sources and methods of investigating cases. There are other times when straightforward answers can’t be provided at the time without reviewing case information and conducting a preliminary investigation.
