The crew who came to do the job was friendly, knowledgeable and kept a very neat work area - and remedied decades-long leaking basement walls. In the process, I added a few other issues around our foundation that needed work. I got an estimate on the spot and the crew handled everything. Working with Connecticut Dry Basements was a good experience from the beginning to the end. The technician, who came out to quote the work, worked to find a time to meet with us that would fit into our schedule. He provided a thorough investigation of our basement water issues and recommended a system that was both effective and cost conscious.
We did quote this work to two other companies whose assessments and solutions were not of the same quality or cost effectiveness of CDB. We were also able to have the work completed within one week of receiving the estimate.
The crew that performed the work also was able work around our schedule by performing the noisy and dusty work at times that we would not be home. They provided us updates at the end of the first day and were able to complete the work by the end of the second day (which was the estimated time).
After the work was completed, the technician made himself available to us to answer questions that we had.
The work performed met our expectations for both quality and timeliness. The materials and system components we the highest quality on the market and professional grade.
Overall, I would highly recommend CDB to install a basement waterproofing system. They are professional, highly knowledgeable in the trade, and hard working. Even after some heavy rains, our basement has been dry since they installed their system.
