Twice I have made an appointment with this practice (Norwich and New London offices) after my doctor retired and both times I show up at my appointed time and am told "we called you and left a message that your appointment day/time has changed". In both cases I verified they had the correct number and in neither case was a message left! Another appointment could not be scheduled for over a month and I almost ran out of my prescription before they would call it in. I showed up for my 2nd appointment today and despite being on time I was told I should have been there 20 minutes sooner (and the doctor would not see me). Clearly, they have more patients than they know what to do with and arrogance is the result.
