it for the upcoming storms. No other car dealership new or used, would have so much as even given one free tire, let alone two. The truck was missing one or two of the regular cab lights which we had replaced with aftermarket lights that [redacted] was still unhappy with. We offered to purchase the stock cab lights from [redacted] but [redacted] did not want to wait and insisted on taking the truck THAT day and we heard nothing else about the cosmetic look of the lights being an issue. [redacted] told us that he plowed with the first snow storm Connecticut had. Almost two months later, and 3 snow storms passed, [redacted] called our dealership saying that the plow did not work and we sold him a broken plow truck, however, it came to our knowledge that [redacted] broke the transfer case after plowing several storms with the truck. We offered him an aftermarket warranty at the initial time of the sale under which he refused. That being said, after [redacted] declined the warranty option, he knowingly took responsibility for any potential repairs the truck may encounter thereafter. Due to our DMV paperwork and documentation, the truck was sold as-is.
