Do not use this transport company to ship your cars. I shipped a Honda Civic SI from Connecticut to Florida and it was a nightmare . After dropping the car off at a parking company that they use and flying down to pick it up at another parking company the car was not there. They called me Friday night and said the car was dropped off and was ready to pick up when my flight got in. No car ! So I called and they said the driver didn't know where he dropped the car off because he had never been there before. I had to go up and down the street looking to see if they dropped it at the wrong lot. I found it two lot's down and the car had 23 more miles on it and less gas in it . I have a Lojack system in the car and without the key fob it will call me and email me that the car is driving. This is why I didn't leave the fob with the key. After they picked up the car I got called three times that the car was driving. One to load / two to beat the hell out of my car for 23 miles. / Three to unload. Never got a call after they unloaded the car at the wrong lot. The owner told me they have GPS on the truck and it shows they didn't drive it.How does it do that ? My Lojack system told me my car was driving not on the truck !!!. They would not do anything about it. I believe I should not have to pay full price for such poor service .Don't ship with them unless you want problems. I still have the emails and pictures of the miles as proof .
