Conklyn's Florist

This email was added to our returned (do not send again) email list on 1/20/16 when she hit the "unsubscribe" link in the email.  It takes several days to get unsubscribed email address out of the queue.

Review: I called on the morning of Monday, 11 August to order flowers to be delivered the same day in [redacted]. I was told no problem. Then I get a call back from Conklyn's several hours later. They cannot find where the delivery is, and the name of the person the flowers are for is totally wrong. No wonder they cannot find where the delivery is. They tell me that they can deliver on Tuesday morning, I am not happy. So Tuesday AFTERNOON I get a call again. Too late now. The person at Conklyn's is trying to tell me that they talked to the person receiving the flowers and that she was to be at work until 2 in the afternoon. The woman at Conklyn's is blaming her because the person receiving the flowers was not at work. I reminded her that Conklyns was to deliver the flowers on MONDAY. So of course I was charged 65 dollars on my credit card. I had done business with these people several times in the past and never had issues like this before. I don't know what has happened with this business but it has gone DOWN HILL for sure.Desired Settlement: I want them to remove the charge from my credit card...AND I will never do business with these people ever again. Thank you.
