We cancelled our partnership with [redacted] back in early September due to the fact they never fulfilled our request of making the minimum purchase $for use of the coupon at our establishmentSince many were purchased, we told them we will accept these coupons till the end of December and to refund any unused ones as of January.As of 2014, we haven’t received any of those coupons besides a few weeks ago which the claimant stated he had been the individual who used itThe employee working accidentally accepted it although all of our employees know that they weren’t to do so starting in January After seeing that coupon, I called in to [redacted] to tell them they did not refund everyone and stated to do soThe representative with whom I spoke to said she will do so and call me back to confirm but I never did receive a phone callAfter that I assumed that all coupons holders were refundedIt is ridiculous how a large company can neglect the best interest of a small family business.Now if I was the claimant I would be angry as well and I totally understand his situationIt was a complete misunderstanding due to the fact that [redacted] never fulfilled our requestWe appreciate every single one of our customer’s business and would do absolutely nothing less than providing excellent serviceI understand the individual would like a $cash refund but we would like to do even moreWe wish to provide him with a $dollar gift certificate redeemable at our pizza shop as a sign of our apology and appreciationIf he would like to accept, we will have it filled out in his name ready to pick up at his convenience
