Thus tile charge was $380 per their benefits as quoted by their insurance company.The only noted documentation between our Business Office and the patient is dated 7/21/15 with the patient's wife who paid the patient responsibility as noted above and in the complaint. The patient's wife was told that any balance would be refunded if warranted upon processing of the claim with the insurance company, There was no other correspondence, requests or telephone calls from the patientor family with the Business Office after the 7/21/15 conversation.The Business Office received payment from the insurance company on August 17,2015, The credit card refund has been processed today, The family was also contacted regarding the refund and was told the credit should appear back on their card Within 3 business days.Sincerely,Kara C D[redacted]Chief Accounting Officer
