his problem. He was very nice and we thought we had fixed the leak. I drove all the way to Aurora and did not charge him a penny. I had no idea a year later that he still had a leak, he claims he called me twice, yet I don't find any record of his call. In my business I always respond to a call for a leak asap because you dont want the problem to get worse. The roof had originally passed [redacted] and I still could not find the leak. Yet I applied roof cement over every inch where the homeowner directed me. I would be glad to look at it again. Once again, I'm sorry as I did not even remotely receive a call from you. And I have roofed within a few blocks of your house. This is [redacted] from [redacted] roofing

I would appreciate it if he would come back and attempt to repatch the roof. I did call twice in a span of multiple months, I would not have bothered with this complaint if I had not. The reason I pursued this was to get some sort of action to get this problem fixed so it does not get worse. If he does come out and fix it I would consider this case resolved. Thank you.
