Concrete Works of St. Johns

I had these guys give a quote on a patio and footer pour of new concrete. They quoted a the job and said they were licensed and bonded,even going so far as to write down a bogus GC license number. They poured when I wasn't home and finished the job in day. I returned to find them at my door waiting on a check. A day later it was found that they did not pour the footer they quoted but had cashed the check. When confronted, they threatened my family. Should have called the police and had them arrested for fraud.
