In late summer 2014, Concrete Textures, Incused a decorative concrete treatment on our lanai, front walkway, and entry way We were pleased with the color, design, and overall work completedThere was a small section on the walkway that appeared to have been washed away From Septto Jan(an excessive amount of time even considering other "jobs", "illness", and /or "weather"), we patiently asked for *** to check the area We sent a description of the area and provided pictures as requestedFinally, *** took a look and said it appeared the glaze was applied after the area was washed away In March the area was "repaired"Shortly after that, we noticed part of the repair appeared to have a slight ledge that began chipping I have contacted Concrete Textures, but they state that the repair they did was not typical and wasn't something covered under warrentyThe tiles where the damage/repair occured is unslightly and detracts from the rest of the area
