was initially enthusiastic and easy to get in touch with. He under-estimated the amount of product needed to finish our job. Getting him to come back was difficult. Then, upon "completion", we saw several areas that were not satisfactory AND he got paint on our pool edging, which he said he would determine what kind of paint to use and come back and repaint ALL of that for us as well as repaint ALL of what he initially covered with him supplying the product as long as we paid for the coloring of it. That was last FALL and we have been trying to contact him ever since, with no result. We have also noticed several areas that the covering or paint that he used has already flaked off as though it was not prepped correctly. We are trying to get our house prepared to sell and feel that the way our poolside deck looks, will be an issue for anybody looking to buy.
IF we could just get him to call us back and come finish what was promised, his review would be very different.
