Review: Driveway was put in March of 2012. Noticed pock marks starting through the winter when we would shovel. By Spring of 2013 was worse. Called [redacted] who did the driveway and he came out and looked at it and said that it shouldn't be doing that (the pocking) and that he would take care of it and would be in touch with us. After many phone calls and visits to the business and asking for our money back because we were not getting any communication from them and it was just frustrating to be put off, the owner gentleman said that if we wanted the money back he would take his concrete back. Why are we treated like this is our fault and we should go away? We paid $3600.00 of our hard earned money for this driveway for defects? The pock marks are getting worse and we are soon to have winter. These marks are getting close together and will probably be one big hole eventually? We park our cars on this. Why shouldn't we care? We have done nothing to make this driveway do what it's doing. We've had other properties with driveways and have never had this happen before.Desired Settlement: We would prefer to have the concrete replaced and with a better quality of concrete so we don't have to deal with watching it deteriorate as the seasons go by. If they don't want to replace it then please refund our money and take back their concrete like they said they wanted to and give us back the base gravel pea gravel driveway we had before they poured the concrete. We'll be back to square one and will have to find someone else to concrete the driveway.
