Concrete Masters

They have very poor customer service. Never came to pour cement. Tore up the yard and broke our clothes line. Framing sloped toward house.
We wrote a check for 1/2 of the total price of the job on Wednesday April 22. They said they would be out the following Monday to begin dirtwork and framing. They were not there. After a couple days of ignored phone calls they blamed the weather, which had no rain. They finally came out the week of May 11 and moved some dirt and put up frames for the cement on the one day in the prior week that it actually did rain. The bobcat absolutely tore the yard up and they managed to break our clothesline, which wasn't in the way. The framing was sub par. I was around while they were out there and didnt bother to use any kind of level for anything. They tamped down some of the base but not all so some is very soft. Then they left telling us they would pour the following week. They left all kinds of wood scrap and sod from the bobcat in the yard that I cleaned up. To this day they still have a trash can and framing wood at our house. 2 more weeks go by with many phone calls claiming weather halted them. It was again nice the days they said they would come. The week of the 25th we get a hold of them from a different phone number because they were ignoring ours. The poor lady that answered had just as much trouble getting a hold of them as we did and I was a bit fired up by this point. After an angry phone call we finally get a call from Nick the guy who gave us a quote saying they were waiting on a $*** job to get paid so they could rent the tools needed to pour and that it MIGHT be another 2 weeks or we should try elswhere. We did for a much steeper price and the new company just laughed at what they had done so far. We tried to ask for some money back as we did not feel they did the work we had already paid for and to cover some of the damage done. He disagreed, we haven't seen a dime.

Unfinished concrete project from Concrete Masters. We have paid them as requested and now they have not returned. No response through phone or email.
On May 2 concrete patio and front walk was pored. Nick relayed he would be back in 10 days to spray off and then 24 hours later seal and caulk both areas. At that time they would also finish the drain in the yard that had been placed under the concrete. After the sealant dried they would be back to build the steps for the back patio. After several calls to the office, Jose came and began sealing the back patio prior to it being washed off. Since the back patio was half done with sealant, we told Jose to finish that. We went into call the office and Jose put a very thin coat of sealant on, missing several spots and left. When we spoke to the office, Megan said she would get back to us after she spoke with a supervisor. We have not heard back from the company as they have blocked our telephone number. We have also emailed them with no response. We choose this company because they were Revdex.com accredited and on *** with great reviews. Any help you can provide would truly be appreciated.
